Mama Lupe, along with her daughter Paulina, are the masterminds behind the new tamale-centered mobile food truck called Hot Tamales, which hit the streets of the Tri-Cities in April. They are on a mission to change the local food truck game. And they're succeeding, one savory tamale at a time.
